Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
